Refunds Policy

At AutoAI Flow, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered business automation solutions and ensuring your satisfaction with our platform and services. 2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

2.2 Trial Period Refunds

  • No charge will be made to your payment method if you cancel before the trial period ends
  • If you were charged immediately upon signing up for a trial, you will receive a full refund if you cancel before the trial period ends

3. Refund Eligibility for Subscription Services

3.1 Standard Refund Period

For subscription services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal
  • The service has not been used extensively (defined as less than 20% of available features or resources)
  • You encountered technical issues that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe

3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on the unused portion of your subscription term if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have been subscribed for more than 30 days
  • You are cancelling due to a substantial change in our services or terms
  • You are experiencing extended service issues that we cannot resolve

Pro-rated refunds will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription term after deducting any discounts received for annual billing.

3.3 Automatic Renewal Charges

If your subscription was automatically renewed and you request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date, we may provide a full refund for that renewal period, provided you have not used the service during that period.

4. Enterprise Services and Custom Solutions

4.1 Enterprise Agreements

For enterprise-level agreements and custom solutions, refund terms are governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed agreement with AutoAI Flow. Generally:

  • Setup fees and implementation costs are typically non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Service fees may be refundable according to the terms specified in your agreement
  • Customization work that has been delivered and accepted is non-refundable

4.2 Professional Services

For professional services such as consulting, training, or implementation services:

  • Services that have not yet been delivered may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred
  • Services that have been partially delivered may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion
  • Services that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your service agreement

5. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • After the 14-day refund period has expired (for standard subscriptions)
  • If you have violated our Terms of Use or other policies
  • For unused services or features that were available to you
  • If the service was used extensively (more than 20% of available features or resources)
  • If you purchased the service through a third-party marketplace or reseller (in which case their refund policy applies)
  • For charges related to additional resources or overages beyond your subscription plan
  • If service issues were caused by your systems, data, or use of the platform in ways inconsistent with our documentation

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Locate the subscription or purchase for which you want a refund
  3. Click on "Request Refund" or similar option (if available)

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Review Process

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
  • Our team will review your request based on the criteria outlined in this policy
  • We will notify you of our decision typically within 5-10 business days

7.2 Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:
